REVOL is a brand of Özteknik Group producing clutches for European and Russian type heavy vehicles. As Özteknik Group, we also produce steering and suspension systems (EGEROT) suitable for heavy-duty equipment, as well as hydraulic cabin lifting equipment (HYDCAB) and offer our products in domestic and foreign markets.
Clutch for Heavy Duty Commercial Equipment
The REVOL-branded product range consists of clutch pressure, clutch disc, bearing and clutch kits. Clutch discs have a torque transmission capacity of 900Nm to 3500Nm, fixed or flexible hubs, and organic friction linings with high shaking and life performance are used in the discs.
Clutch thrusts consist of pull and push thrusts suitable for engines with a torque capacity of 600 Nm to 2800 Nm, which can be assembled on the SAE1-SAE2-SAE3 flywheel housing system. Clutch bearings are thrust or pull bearings suitable for varying bearing forces.
One of the strongest aspects of the REVOL brand is its ability to design its own molds and models in 3D, and to carry out its productions in CNC machining centers as CAM.

Cutting, forming, deep drawing, forging moulds as well as casting models, assembly fixtures and apparatus are produced within the Company.<br/> Parts such as basic lower parts for clutch, sheet metal cage, diaphragm spring, thrust mirror, disc covers, main sheet assemblies, hub and bearing carriers are produced with production methods such as forging, pressing, CNC machining, heat treatment, surface treatment in our own integrated production facility. Product assembly lines are combined with clutch pressure performance, disc flexibility and free rotation, disc torque and balance testing machines, and all products are boxed after 100% final and performance check.
